POST RENOVATION CLEANING
We offer a 48-hour service warranty from the time the job is marked “complete” by a REVI supervisor. This warranty covers the specific scope of work agreed upon in the client’s booking request. Any issues reported within this period will be addressed promptly.
CARPET CLEANING

Our carpet cleaning services come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. While we strive to remove all stains, some may only be reduced—not completely eliminated. This warranty covers the overall cleaning, product usage, and stain treatment, including pet odor removal.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE & OFFICE CLEANING CONTRACTS
For ongoing contracts, we guarantee consistent service quality. If any corrections are requested during the contract period, they will be addressed immediately. Our team performs weekly inspections to uphold our high standards and ensure client satisfaction.
WINDOW CLEANING
We provide a 48-hour warranty on interior and exterior window cleaning. Please note: we do not offer high-rise window cleaning services.
HIGH PRESSURE WASHING (Exterior & Parking Areas)
Our work is guaranteed provided the pre-service assessment indicates no pre-existing damage such as oil-stained porous flooring or surfaces painted with oil-based paints. No warranty applies if exterior drainage is blocked prior to service.
